That hasn’t happened to us in a long time. Huge indents in the mattress- inexcusable in my opinion. Most days the someone from the spa came around with cold towels, and head / shoulder massages! Cons- yes seaweed is there.
So helpful! The staff at the preferred area on the beach were working so hard all day making sure we had water and drinks in hand. This has to be the quietest hotel I’ve ever slept in! Not one peep through the night. Highly recommend preferred club, as you have access to the beach club with a la cart breakfast. A holiday to remember ❤️…Įxcellent vacation! Having the saxophonist parade around the pool on a gondolier was a memory I will remember forever! Just fabulous! Lots of lunch time options for food too from the ‘grab and go’ areas to the pool / beachside restaurants. Gents, remember to pack long trousers for the higher end restaurants!! The entertainment team did a great job and there is always something to do if you are done with relaxing. Our favourite is the French one but all very high standard.
